Following a severe match that hospitalized Rei, Takao intensifies his training to face Yuri, the Neo Borg leader. Yuri has been transformed into Cyborg Yuri through Boris' dangerous Biovolt experiments. Meanwhile, Max's parents collaborate to create a superior Beyblade to counter the Neo Borg. Utilizing Julia's extensive Dragoon data, Max's father constructs an enhanced version of the Beyblade. During the final match's first round, Yuri employs multiple Bit Beasts and his improved intellect but intentionally loses, allowing Takao to win. In the subsequent round, Yuri executes a powerful freezing attack that transports both competitors to a parallel dimension and encases the stadium in a massive block of ice.
