Ep. 12: Louis kills Ibuki while Legoshi fights Riz on New Year's Eve

Ibuki forces Louis to choose between killing him or being killed. Free intervenes, killing Ibuki and warning Louis to leave the Black Market. Meanwhile, Legoshi struggles against Riz until Louis offers his right foot, which helps Legoshi regain his strength. Pina, previously restrained by Riz, frees himself and contacts the police. Riz declares Legoshi the winner and ends the fight as New Year's Eve begins, fostering mutual respect. Both fighters are jailed, but Legoshi is released early while Louis recovers. Later, Legoshi informs Haru that he plans to drop out of school. Haru questions the impact this decision will have on their relationship, prompting Legoshi to reconsider his choice.
