Meanwhile, Legoshi struggles against his predatory instincts through rigorous training imposed by Gohin. He confronts an opponent described as someone who was once alive, ultimately mastering his desires by choosing to respect life. Upon returning to the academy in an exhausted state, Legoshi encounters Haru and proceeds to propose to her. Subsequently, Bill challenges Legoshi to a tug-of-war contest using their teeth. Legoshi loses this peculiar competition, leaving him perplexed regarding the sudden loss of his jaw strength.
