Binchou-tan travels to town to secure a job and earn money for rice. She attempts various positions, demonstrating special abilities such as filtering water, cooking rice, and deodorizing shoes and refrigerators. While heading home, she observes panties featuring Pukashuu but lacks the funds to purchase them. She eventually discovers a pair on sale that features Tamakaeru, her second favorite character, which brings her great joy. Upon returning home, she enjoys a meal and falls asleep with happy dreams.
