Later, Ren-tan communicates with spirits, causing Chiku-tan to mistake her for a ghost and spend the remainder of the night in fear.

Aroe joins them. Ren-tan operates a fortune-telling booth, reading Aroe's fortune before they reunite with Binchou-tan and the Chiku sisters to share Ramune Ren-tan won. Kunugi-tan watches the festival from a distance. Unable to attend, she sends her butler to the event, who returns with some Ramune for her.

Mar 23, 2006After Chiku-tan’s portable house breaks and Binchou-tan’s bowl chips, she buys food for a stray dog but cannot afford a replacement bowl. A shopkeeper’s question about her mother saddens her, and a lonely supper follows. The next morning, she brings the dog to Chiku-tan, who names him Saji. Binchou-tan is invited to work at a school weekly. When Chiku-tan brings Saji to the school, the children are excited, and he bonds with Kunugi-tan, who finally learns Binchou-tan’s name. By the episode’s end, Binchou-tan acquires bowls for both herself and Saji.
