The Death Busters alter their strategy for collecting Crystal Hearts. The third member of the Witches 5, Telulu, opens a shop selling flowers that steal these hearts. As this new threat emerges, the Sailor Senshi start to gather more information about their enemies and Mugen Academy. This episode focuses on the introduction of Telulu and her unique method of targeting victims, while the protagonists begin to investigate the growing danger surrounding them and the mysterious academy.
