Ep. 120: Asta Ends Elf Reincarnations While Lumiere Passes and Rades Captures Patry's Soul
As Zagred dies, Liebe gloats within Asta's Grimoire. Rades and Valtos save everyone from the consuming Shadow Palace via portals, revealing elves still attacking the city. Patry explains Vangeance's World Tree Magic can defeat them. Asta nullifies reincarnation, waking Vangeance, who thanks Patry for ending his suffering. Vangeance combines his magic with Licht to connect elf souls to the tree. Asta strikes the tree, ending reincarnations so souls pass on, except Vetto, Rhya, and Fana, who choose to live in their new artificial bodies. Yuno realizes the elf inside him was Licht, Tetia's unborn son, and Licht thanks Yuno. Rades captures Patry's soul, reanimating it in Licht's cloned body to atone for his crimes, which Patry accepts. William asks Yami to take him to the Wizard King's body. Asta introduces Lumiere and Secre. Lumiere sees his ideal world becoming reality, then runs out of magic. As his stone body crumbles, he asks Secre to protect the Kingdom and live her own life.
