After the Arrancar attack, Tatsuki finds Orihime missing. Captain Genryuusai Shigekuni Yamamoto believes she left voluntarily and denies rescue efforts. Tatsuki questions Ichigo, who dismisses her concerns. Refusing to abandon Orihime, Ichigo seeks Urahara’s assistance. He is joined by Uryuu Ishida and Yasutora "Chad" Sado. Together, they prepare to enter Hueco Mundo to retrieve her, defying the Soul Society's strict orders against unauthorized intervention in the Arrancar conflict.
