Protected by Yukio's Fullbring, Ichigo trains with Ginjo inside a video game simulation. Meanwhile, Chad, Ginjou, and Riruka force Tsukishima to retreat, prompting the group to relocate to a second hideout to reconsider his motives. Orihime heals Uryuu as they discuss the new threat, though they cannot determine if previous incidents share a single culprit. Orihime later meets Chad, who returns her to the Xcution hideout to heal Ichigo. In a separate location, Urahara and Isshin prepare to collect spiritual energy in a vat with assistance from Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki.
