Takeuchi and Kome attempt a rescue, but Momiji resists, believing her destiny is sealed. Takeuchi physically snaps her out of her despair, reminding her of their true purpose. With unexpected assistance from Sakura and her pink sea creatures, the trio escapes government custody. During their flight, Momiji’s mitama begins to glow, allowing her to sense Kusanagi’s presence. This development shifts the dynamic of their escape and hints at a deeper connection to the ongoing conflict. The team must now navigate their newfound hope while evading capture.
