Ep. 5: A Genius in the Forest Is Strayed by [X]

During a three-day mountain study camp, Rizu avoids Nariyuki after noticing Fumino’s interest, leading her to get lost while foraging for Mountain Udo. Nariyuki rescues her, resulting in an accidental kiss that flusters Rizu. Meanwhile, the universe signals Mizuki about the event. When the teacher orders bath cleaning for their absence, the girls enter, forcing Rizu to hide Nariyuki in the sauna. Uruka discovers them, stripping Rizu naked, while Nariyuki hides under a bench with Fumino and Rizu above. Sawako helps Nariyuki escape, though he accidentally sees Uruka naked; she dismisses it as a hallucination. Rizu later apologizes for the trouble, insisting the kiss was accidental. Nariyuki reports the girls' progress to Ms. Kirisu, who reveals she is already aware of the incident.
