Birdy discusses Mighty's final mission with Shirobon, forcing him to accept the reality that he has died. In a separate development, Max proposes the destruction of the Jetters headquarters, an action that directly contradicts President Bagura's explicit wishes. Despite this opposition, Max proceeds with his plan, leading a large army of Hige-Hige bandits to carry out the assault on the base.
