Ep. 184: Team 7 investigates a crash site and encounters advanced puppets before facing Ao.

Team 7, accompanied by Katasuke and Chamaru, searches for the missing Konohamaru and Mugino at a crash site. They discover advanced Scientific Ninja Tools in the form of puppets, which Katasuke helps defeat using his expertise. The group eventually finds the missing ninjas in a cave, but their reunion is cut short by the arrival of Ao. The Outer attacks the group, forcing the injured Mugino to use Earth Style to collapse the cave on himself and Ao to protect his comrades. Although Team 7 escapes the initial collapse, Ao manages to dig himself out of the rubble, leaving the threat unresolved as the group continues their mission.
