Garou engages Kawaki in combat and holds the advantage until the Karma seal activates on Kawaki's body. Empowered by this transformation, Kawaki swiftly defeats Garou with an explosion, while Boruto’s activated seal protects the team from the blast. Despite remaining hostile toward his former allies, Kawaki’s body begins to overheat, preventing further action. Konohamaru decides to take Kawaki into custody. Meanwhile, Delta reluctantly follows Koji’s decision to gather more intelligence first rather than retrieving the Vessel immediately. This event marks the second installment of the Kawaki Arc.
