Koji extracts crucial information from the Konoha archives. Team Udon and Team Moegi discuss the theft at a restaurant, where Inojin shares Sai’s description of the black-robed suspect. The Yamanaka Sensory System failed to detect the intruder. Team Moegi ambushes a passerby who is revealed to be Kakashi, and they stake out a location together. Inojin spots Koji from the sky, but the suspect heads toward a crowded street. Shikadai attempts to stop Koji at the Thunder Train, only to find a Shadow Clone. Meanwhile, Koji infiltrates the secret archives, but Kakashi has already removed the scroll concerning pre-Fourth Great Ninja War shinobi data. Kakashi fights Koji, who escapes. Koji returns to Kara’s hideout, where Amado confirms the Inners are away and unaware of their true goal to eliminate Jigen.
