As the exo-suit overheats, Denki sacrifices it to defeat Tsubaki with his Elekiter, securing his victory. The Chunin Exams conclude with Houki, Wasabi, Sarada, and Denki promoted to chunin. Tsubaki apologizes to Namida and Wasabi for her behavior regarding her letter from the Land of Iron, expressing a desire to stay in the village to grow stronger. Team Shinki returns to Suna, revealing their mission to survey Kawaki for Gaara, while Shinki laments missing Boruto's match. Kawaki accepts starting as a genin, and Mitsuki and Boruto decide to hold their match anyway.
