Isshiki’s soul directs Code to offer Kawaki or Boruto to the Ten Tails, allowing Code to consume the Chakra Fruit and ascend to godhood. After Isshiki departs, Shikamaru and Sai locate strange Claw Marks near the Hidden Leaf, which Kawaki identifies as Code’s teleportation tool. Code attacks a snowy facility, killing an Outer named Bug to reach Eida, a powerful cyborg Boro had hidden. Meanwhile, Kawaki warns Boruto about Code’s unique White Karma and superior physical strength compared to other Inners. Shikamaru reports the marks resemble the Flying Raijin Jutsu, prompting Naruto to alert Sasuke. Amado warns that Code seeks to remove his limiters, making Amado a primary target. Kawaki proposes implanting his Karma on Code to displace Momoshiki, but Boruto refuses, preferring to train instead.
