Miriam Bardo unveils self-healing battle androids that defeat the Armored Riot Squad. Masato reveals Tonoyama is the arms dealer Harry, who embedded a control program into the Neo Tokyo Tower logic core. After Masato kills Tonoyama and Maki refuses to join him, Team Warrior escapes through the sewers to a noodle store. They record the police chief’s corruption confession before heading to the tower. Maki directs the team to destroy the logic core, disabling the androids and saving the day. A new police chief, resembling Ruby, is subsequently appointed.
