Bank robbers seize hostages at a preschool to evade police capture. A businessman deploys advanced android Mecha Cops to subdue the criminals with non-lethal force. As these units demonstrate various policing skills, Nanvel and Team Warrior grow suspicious of their unrealistic capabilities. Nanvel discovers that each Mecha Cop is controlled by a black diamond composed of a thousand compressed diamonds. Maki connects this finding to the case her fiancé Masato was investigating before his death. The Mecha Cops subsequently begin to malfunction, allowing Team Warrior to defeat them and secure a substantial reward.
