On New Year's eve, the Evil Frenzy motorcycle gang terrorizes the city with escalating crime. Maya is abducted by gang members but manages to arrest them all in a one-sided shootout. Consequently, the Police Supreme Council decides to call in the Warriors to handle the crisis. Rio and Maya take on the entire gang themselves, ultimately defeating them and resolving the situation.
