The Commander assigns Rio and Maya to accompany Lilica on a day intended to help develop her powers. This outing becomes chaotic as they encounter attempted thieves at a convenience store multiple times. Later, excessive beer consumption at Maya's apartment leads to a drunken Lilica wandering outside at night wearing only an apron. The eventful day concludes with an explosion that destroys Maya's apartment, leaving Rio responsible for paying for the resulting damage.
