This observation helps Aichi realize he is not alone, allowing him to regain composure and remember that Vanguard is meant to be fun. After sharing this perspective with Izaki, both players calm down and perform at their best. Aichi ultimately wins his match, while Misaki also successfully advances to the next round of the tournament.
