Ep. 20: Shion cardfights Shouma and gains the Blazing Sword Fides before being crushed by debris.

Shion challenges Shouma to a cardfight after retrieving the Kiba family sword. Shouma claims to have predicted all events, including Shion’s victory, while Shion argues he achieved his goals through personal effort. The Kiba sword transforms into a new G-unit for Shion named Blazing Sword, Fides. Shion uses this power to defeat Shouma, fulfilling Shouma’s prediction. Immediately after, falling debris threatens Shouma, but Shion pushes him aside and is crushed by the rubble. Shouma initially believes Shion is feigning unconsciousness but gradually realizes Shion may be dead. He cries out for Shion to wake up as additional debris falls on both of them.
