Kai and Misaki engage in a card battle while Naoki watches. Kai questions Misaki about her past, hoping she will recall Aichi despite her perfect memory. To trigger her recollection, Kai activates Legion, a technique that returns cards from the drop zone to the deck and summons a specific unit to combine with the vanguard. This move brings forth Blaster Blade Seeker, serving as the key to restoring Misaki's memories of Aichi. After Kai wins the match, he, Misaki, and Naoki promise to find Aichi together. Unbeknownst to them, hidden enemies plan to prevent their search.
