Gaillard steps in to stop Kai from fighting Aichi, initiating a final confrontation between the two. They engage in an intense cardfight, exchanging multiple triggers and performing numerous Legions. Both combatants push each other to the edge of defeat, but Kai ultimately wins after Gaillard runs out of heal triggers. Following his defeat, Gaillard asks Kai to save Aichi. Consequently, Kai and Aichi then prepare to face each other in battle.
