Ep. 31: Kai and Aichi's Final Battle Concludes with Blaster Blade's Intervention
The duel between Kai and Aichi reaches its climax as Aichi attempts an Absolute Lock. Kai repeatedly resummons his Legion and realizes Blaster Blade is the key to freeing Aichi. On the final turn, Kai draws four consecutive critical triggers, boosting his Legion's attack to 40000 and dealing five criticals. Aichi cannot guard, and the seed leaves his body to attack Kai. Kai summons Blaster Blade, who slices the seed into pieces that enter the hearts of Aichi's friends. Blaster Blade explains the seed will weaken as its bearers fight worthy opponents, after which Link Joker will be accepted as a new clan on Cray. The next morning, Emi wakes Aichi, who discovers his actions were undone and his friends remember him. The group meets at the Card Fight Club, where Kai and Aichi begin a new fight.
