Shinka plans a culture festival act featuring Yuuta and Rikka, who have not spoken since returning from their summer trip. While Yuuta fears Rikka remains upset, she believes he is possessed and enlists Sanae for a ritual, which he easily sees through. Shinka realizes Rikka loves Yuuta and encourages her to confess. After several unsuccessful attempts to express her feelings, Rikka nearly falls from the school roof but is saved by Yuuta, leading to an embrace between the two.
