Ep. 10: Holy Mother's Lunch Box: Yuuta and Rikka's Confession and Future Plans
Rikka shares her feelings for Yuuta with Sanae, while Yuuta seeks advice from Makoto about confessing. Both characters struggle with courage until Rikka finally confesses first. Touka then informs Yuuta that she is undergoing restaurant training in Italy, leaving Rikka in the care of her mother, whom Rikka had largely ignored after their father's death. Touka requests Yuuta's assistance in helping Rikka overcome her chuunibyou tendencies to improve her relationship with her mother. The following day, after encountering Rikka's mother at the culture festival, Yuuta suggests she remove her eyepatch, a suggestion that upsets Rikka. During the afterparty, Rikka performs a song her father enjoyed and removes her eyepatch to reveal she is no longer wearing a contact lens.
