Increasing numbers of students lose the ability to see Fuko, and those previously close to her begin forgetting her existence. Youhei forgets after a hospital visit, followed by Kyou and Ryou, though Tomoyo retains her memory with Tomoya's assistance. Youhei briefly remembers Fuko later but cannot sustain it. To lift her spirits, Tomoya and Nagisa purchase a birthday party set. Upon returning to the bakery, they find Nagisa's father has forgotten Fuko entirely, while her mother can no longer see her despite partial memory retention. Consequently, Tomoya and Nagisa decide to return Fuko to school for the time being.
