Kotomi’s violin playing remains poor, prompting Kyou to organize a recital for the day after tomorrow to encourage practice. Before the event, Tomoya visits Kotomi at the school library, where he eats her homemade apple pie and subsequently falls asleep into a strange dream. On the day of the recital, Kyou uses her position as class representative to ensure several students attend. Despite the effort, Kotomi’s performance does not improve, making the experience painful for the audience. After the event, as Kotomi and her friends walk home, a strange man approaches her, causing her terror before he departs shortly after.
