Approaching graduation, Tomoya and his friends discuss their post-school careers. Kyou aims to teach kindergarten, Ryou plans for nursing school, Kotomi intends to study in America, and Youhei wants to model, while Tomoya remains undecided. Nagisa’s illness returns, preventing her from attending school or taking exams, forcing her to repeat her final year. Tomoya gifts Nagisa a stuffed dango for her birthday as friends gather for Christmas Eve. On graduation day, following Toshio Koumura’s retirement, Tomoya returns home to Nagisa, who asks to take a walk with him while holding hands.
