Misae grows closer to Katsuki after moving past her feelings for Igarashi, eventually developing romantic love. Katsuki visits the school to observe her student council duties. He later discovers he is a cat sent by the dying Katsuki Shima to fulfill Misae’s wish. During the autumn festival, Misae confesses her love, but Katsuki vanishes after she wishes for him to stay by her side. Tomoya wakes to find the cat revealed these events. Later, Tomoya takes Nagisa to the festival as his date. The cat and Misae appear, and Tomoya shares messages Katsuki could not convey. An orb of light, resembling the wish-granting object Katsuki mentioned, appears in the night sky.
