Tomoya and Nagisa spend time with Youhei, Misae, and Tomoyo. Later, Tomoya dozes off while discussing the autumn festival with Misae, triggering a flashback to her third-year high school days. She met Katsuki Shima, a strange boy who promised to grant one wish if she cheered him up after he was hospitalized. Misae liked a boy named Igarashi, who secretly had a girlfriend. Igarashi asked Katsuki to reveal this, but Katsuki could not speak and began crying. When Misae saw Igarashi with his girlfriend, she realized the truth and ran away, leaving Katsuki behind.
