Misae and Shin-chan board a bullet train to Osaka, where they encounter the school principal who teaches a passenger a lesson. Later, Hiroshi takes his family to a restaurant and meets the principal dining with friends. When a customer misbehaves toward Shin-chan and his family, the principal and his friends give the offender a scary stare.
