Shin-chan accidentally drops the pizza Misae ordered and hides the incident. Misae eats the damaged food, only to discover later that it was the ruined delivery. At school, Masao introduces a rat, which Shin-chan uses to frighten Yoshinaga. She seeks assistance from Matsuzaka to remove the creature. Later, Shin-chan suffers a nightmare involving a monster and wets his bed. The following morning, he is forced to dry his mattress as a consequence of the accident.
