Shin-chan visits Nene-chan's home, where her mother bakes a cake that Shin-chan accidentally ruins. To address this behavior, Misae enrolls him in swimming lessons. She feels pleased when she observes him swimming independently. In a separate event, Shin-chan attempts to train his dog, Shiro, to become a circus performer. During the final presentation, Shiro fails to perform correctly, causing Shin-chan significant distress. Despite the failure, Shin-chan remains determined and decides to try training Shiro again.
