Shin-chan accompanies his mother to the doctor for her backache but causes trouble there. While playing, he meets an aunt he previously saw on television. He also harasses a saleswoman, leading to her arrest by the police. Later, Shin-chan creates a Mother's Day card for his mother and assists her in baking a cake. His father, Hiroshi, is surprised to witness Shin-chan caring for Misae.
