Hiroshi, Misae, and Shin-chan visit the zoo, where the boys focus on pretty girls rather than animals. Shin-chan plays with a lemur and receives a beating from Misae. Later, Futaba Kindergarten students are asked by a TV channel to form the word Kasukabe for a live broadcast. Shin-chan leaves his position, ruining the display. Meanwhile, a contractor and his assistant visit Misae's house to repair the roof. That night, Shiro's house experiences a leak.
