Dr. Go and Kotaro construct a battle car modeled after Dr. Go, which subsequently goes on a rampage. In response, Kuro and Mi decide to team up to chase down the rogue vehicle, utilizing their own modified vehicles for the pursuit. This production marks the first episode that was not an adaptation from the manga. It also serves as a tie-in, featuring Kuro and Mi's vehicles based on the Battleborg motorised toys released by TOMY in 1999.
