Ep. 14: The group travels to Server Continent with help from freed Whamon to find Crest Tags.

After battling Devimon, a holographic Gennai instructs the DigiDestined to reach the Continent of Server to defeat a new foe, explaining that Crests enable further Digimon Digivolution. The team constructs a raft with friendly Digimon to cross the Net Ocean. Following their departure from File Island, Patamon’s DigiEgg hatches into Poyomon, and the group is swallowed by Whamon, who remains controlled by a Black Gear. Tai uses his Digivice to liberate Whamon, who then guides them to an undersea shop holding the Tags containing the Crests. Inside, they face Drimogimon possessed by a Black Gear. While the Digimon fight, the children locate the Tags. Kabuterimon destroys the gear, freeing Drimogimon, and Whamon continues transporting the group toward Server.
