Ep. 18: Piximon arrives to help traumatized Tai and Agumon defeat a Tyrannomon threat.

The group suffers an attack by Kuwagamon while Tai and Agumon remain hindered by trauma from the SkullGreymon incident. Piximon intervenes to save them and proposes training at his facility, separating the group by assigning manual labor to some while taking Tai and Agumon into a cave. During this time, Matt discovers his Crest of Friendship and Izzy finds his Crest of Knowledge, which alerts the Dark Network. Etemon subsequently dispatches a Tyrannomon to pursue them. Piximon engages the enemy but deliberately avoids defeating it, intending for Tai and Agumon to handle the threat. Upon their return, Agumon digivolves to Greymon and successfully defeats the Tyrannomon.
