Ep. 53: The DigiDestined face Apocalymon after their Crests are shattered and they are deleted into data space.

Despite defeating the Dark Masters, the Digital World faces total destruction from Apocalymon, the true mastermind born from rejected Digimon data. He reveals his hatred for the DigiDestined, replicates past attacks, and regresses their partners to their usual forms. Using Devimon's Dark Claw, he shatters the Crests and deletes the children and Digimon into the data space. There, their partners encourage them with shared memories, revealing that true Crest power resides within them. Empowered by this realization, the DigiDestined digivolve their partners into their strongest forms and return to the Digital World to confront Apocalymon once more.
