Ep. 49: Kari reunites with allies and uses her crest to empower Digimon against WaruMonzaemon and Machinedramon.

After recovering, Kari joins Sora and T.K. to locate the remaining group members. They encounter WaruMonzaemon, who has enslaved Numemon. Kari liberates the Numemon, who subsequently address her as "Queen." Her crest restores energy to Biyomon and Gatomon, enabling them to repel WaruMonzaemon, who is then destroyed by Machinedramon for his incompetence. Andromon, previously met by Tai and Izzy on File Island, engages Machinedramon in combat. The Numemon sacrifice themselves to protect Kari. Kari’s crest then recharges Agumon, allowing him to digivolve into WarGreymon. WarGreymon effortlessly defeats Machinedramon with a single strike, sustaining no damage and initially appearing to miss his target entirely.
