The DATS team returns to the human world with assistance from Sleipmon, who is revealed to be Commander Satsuma's Kudamon. Gallantmon launches an assault on the human world, swiftly defeating MirageGaogamon, Rosemon, Ravemon, RookChessmon, and BishopChessmon. ShineGreymon attempts to resist using the Geo Grey Sword but is also overpowered by the Royal Knight. Following these defeats, a severely injured Kentaurusmon steps forward to challenge Gallantmon, raising questions about the consequences of this final confrontation.
