Kinoko becomes furious after her father accidentally consumes her favorite strawberry. In a fit of anger, she leaves home with the intention of becoming a bad girl. She later approaches Arale and invites her to join this new lifestyle. Together, the two decide to attempt various activities and experiments in an effort to successfully transform into bad girls. This sequence of events highlights their attempts to adopt a rebellious persona following the domestic incident involving the fruit.
