Shoppaman, the younger sibling of Suppaman, arrives on Earth. Seeking to gain the respect of his new brother, Suppaman fabricates a claim that he possesses the ability to fly through the sky. To support this falsehood and prove his supposed power, he approaches Senbei. He requests that Senbei invent a special cloak designed to enable flight. This invention is intended to allow Suppaman to demonstrate his aerial capabilities to both Arale and Shoppaman, thereby validating his lie and earning admiration from his sibling.
