The robot dog Gatchan is abducted by the criminal Nashibaba. Senbei Norimaki and Arale Norimaki attempt to rescue him but are subsequently arrested by the police. Meanwhile, Nashibaba attempts to force Gatchan to defecate by feeding him excessive amounts of food. The pair must navigate their legal troubles while trying to save their companion from the robber's bizarre and desperate tactics.
