Ep. 15: Senku defeats Ginro to become chief and cures Ruri with sulfa drugs

Ginro attempts to win a match against Senku to marry Ruri and become village chief, despite earlier claims he would throw the fight. Senku uses a weapon to strike Ginro, securing victory just as Chrome collapses. Consequently, Senku is named Ruri's husband but immediately divorces her after obtaining necessary alcohol. The group works through the night to finalize sulfa drugs, which successfully treat Ruri’s pneumonia. Following her full recovery, Senku is appointed the new leader of the settlement, identified as Ishigami Village. Ruri subsequently discloses that she was already aware of Senku prior to these events.
