Ep. 7: Senku meets Chrome and decides to help him create an antibiotic for Ruri

Kohaku brings Senku to her village, introducing him to guards Kinro and Ginro, as well as a sorcerer named Chrome. Despite Chrome’s unsuccessful attempts to demonstrate magical superiority, Senku recognizes his independent progress and accepts him as an apprentice. Upon discovering that Chrome pursued sorcery to assist Kohaku’s frail sister, Ruri, Senku shares knowledge of the world from 3,700 years ago. He then commits to helping Chrome develop an antibiotic treatment to cure Ruri’s illness.
