While Goku relaxes, Gohan visits town and befriends a girl named Lime. He learns villagers fear Cell and seek refuge in a shelter owned by Mr. Bourbon. Bourbon has hired General Tao to control the residents. Gohan intervenes to stop Tao’s coercion and engages him in combat.
